who we are
We are a four persons small team based in Melbourne. Since our team all have a strong food service background. We Know that only high-quality foods will speak for us better than any advertisement. We had been asked so many times by customers diagnosed with coeliac, if they can get gluten free dumplings anywhere. We had taken up the challenge and offered our range of gluten free gourmet gyoza / dumplings. We focus on using the best, freshest local ingredients, combining the traditional techniques and modern technology to make the gluten free dumplings that taste very much like the wheat ones.
We will keep working hard to add more products not only gluten free, but also taste delicious.
